The Cascade Medical Clinic is not accepting new patients at this time, BUT they can put your name on a waiting list.
To get on the waitlist, go to the clinic and fill out a ‘Request for Attachment’ form. You can also download the form from their website, fill it out and take it to the clinic. Their website says ” Please provide as much detail as possible on this form, as we are prioritizing patients with high medical needs. This includes patients with chronic illnesses, mental health diagnoses, chronic pain, addictions as well as very elderly and very young people.”
Patients must live in Princeton, and surrounding area including Hedley residents.
