Yates & Quadra Integrated Health Centre website says: “The Yates and Quadra Integrated Health Centre will be closing permanently on July 18, 2021 at 4 p.m. The services will be moving to a new location at 1107 Pandora Avenue as of July 19, 2021. The phone number for the new clinic is 250-519-3870.”

This new location is called “Downtown Victoria Urgent Primary Care Centre”.

Currently, they have 1 family doctor there and she is not taking on new patients.

– The majority of cases can be resolved during the initial, in-app consultation. However, if our doctors recommend in-person care, our Support team will be in touch to help schedule an appointment at a TELUS Health MyCare clinic.

– See a doctor at one of our clinics at the time of your scheduled in-person appointment. Following your consultation, all of your doctor’s notes and prescriptions will be stored on your TELUS Health MyCare app.
