The website of  Seymour Health Centre – West 7th indicates that the clinic has a female nurse practitioner who is accepting some new patients. You can submit an intake form on their website, On the homepage, click on ‘Patient Intake Forms’, then “Intake Form” for Dr. Ling Chen 陈医生 – West7th 西7th街.

At the top of the intake form it says: “If you have not hear from us after 4 months, we must regretfully inform that we could not schedule you for a meet & greet.”

NOTE: The clinic’s phone message says they are not accepting new patients, but this seems to be out of date.

Richmond clinic has waitlist for new patients

CRC Health Centre has a waiting list for new patients. At this time it is only for English speaking doctors.

Go to the clinic to get the process rolling. The average wait is 4-6months.

At least one person who has gone to the clinic said they no longer have a waiting list, but the clinic phone reception is directing people to go to the clinic to be added to the waiting list.

The clinic has said: “In response to some inquiries from our patients, we understand that language preference plays a significant role in choosing a family doctor. However, we regret to inform you that currently, we do not have physicians who speak specific languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese and are accepting new patients. While we strive to meet the diverse needs of our patient population, we are limited by the availability of physicians with specific language skills currently.”
