Register by downloading the intake form on the clinic website filling it in and emailing it to the clinic (email address also on clinic website). If you want female doctor indicate that when you apply.
You can expect a month or two of wait after your intake form is submitted.
It has been reported that is may take up to 6 months before you get in.
